Update from Betsy

21 January 2011
Its been a while since the last blog but we finally gave up on Grenada, the wind and rain showers beat us in the end. After going round to Hog Island, enduring massive waves and numerous reefs to get there, we had a not bad if basic BBQ with live music ( not pan ) and were chatting to an Irish couple who had been out here for about 12 years.
20 to 30 kt winds get a bit tedious after a while so on Monday we cleared out of Grenada and worked our way back up here to Bequia (Friday) via an overnight stop at Tobago Cays for 1 last visit ( very windy so still didnt get out to the main reef) Now settled in a calm spot so with luck get a good nights sleep. Need to study the weather to see if we can get up to St Lucia in the next few days which is a supposed hard trip!
