Not the greatest of nights. Continual squalls. Hard to achieve a decent heading - boat wanted to go 200d. Realised danger of getting too far W at this rate, and struggling to get back to New Caledonia. Currently have 3rd reef in, and Little Red Devil (engine) on. Slow progress under motor, but at least in right direction. And a bit of a rest for ship's personnel, as Uri Geller (autopilot) does the helming. (Don't worry if we miss a day or two of posting. Little antennae seems to be struggling. And not good conds for walking round the deck looking for a good spot.) Click on Globe image for position.

Post Script: For past 30 mins motor off and sailing beautifully. Ah yes. That's why we do it. Not pure masochism!
