New Virgins Today

Patty and Doug
Sailed from Culebraa to St. Thomas today close hauled at 18 - 20 knots with winds dropping towards the end of the trip. We stayed an extra day in Culebra just because..... also, to have lunch at Zacko's. You have to experience it to beliieve how good it is. I wanted to put the chef in a box and UPS him to Vancouver. Best Mexican ever! What a contrast from Culebra to St. Thomas. We are in a small bay with a nice beach but we can see Charlotte Amalie (the main harbour on St. Thomas) quite clearly and there was a huge cruiseship in there when we arrived. They left at sunset and it was huge. The good news of the day was that we did not have to go into customs and check in which makes sense because they are both in the USA but if you were to go from the US Virgins to Puerto Rico you would have to check in - don't ask I say. Tomorrow we will head to St. John and explore there for a week or so. For the photo police watching our blog the photo attached is from Vieques.
