Steve departed for New York via buses and trains this morning. We met our friends Sally and Bill Garrett, who live in Annapolis, for breakfast at a restaurant overlooking the marina, toured them through Brilliant (see picture) and have spent the rest of the day relaxing, walking around Annapolis and catching up on laundry and sleep. The promised rain held off mostly until late in the day. Tomorrow we will cross the Chesapeake to visit with Bonnie and Dick Codrington in Easton.
