Voyage Repairs

Rich
After arriving in Norfolk last night we discovered some oil in the bilge, which closely correlated with the low level in the roll stabilizer system supply tank that Rich is shown checking and what appears to be a failed operating cylinder on the starboard stabilizer. A phone call to the manufacturer this morning located a repair facility at a marina in Great Bridge, Virginia, conveniently along our route at mile twelve on the Intracoastal Waterway. The trip from Norfolk was a summerlike 75 degrees and sunny - a pleasant change. The parts are expected to arrive in the morning.
