Another clear and beautiful day in the low country. We left Mt. Pleasant about 9:40 am, cruised across Charleston harbor and then down the Intracoastal to within about three miles of Beaufort, SC. We anchored just before sunset in Brickyard Creek, just off the Beaufort River along with the two sailboats in the picture. Tomorrow we will continue our leisurely southerly trek. Our only plan is to be in Jacksonville by the 17th of November so that we can make a flight on the 18th to Providence. Brilliant will be staying at the Naval Base in Jacksonville for two weeks while we spend Thanksgiving with family in Providence and Maine.
