We spent our second day in Northeast Harbor playing tourist and taking the free bus to Bar Harbor which - surprise- was full of tourists. We spent a few hours walking around, including an interesting museum of local Native American history and then returned to Northeast Harbor for a nice dinner. Today we returned to Islesford (also known as Little Cranberry Island) which we had visited two years ago and really enjoyed. It hasn't changed except for new art in the galleries and again was a perfect day, topped by an outstanding dinner at the Islesford Dock restaurant. This is the first time I have tried doing an entry by iPhone so I'm not sure of the outcome.
