A scuba, a Grabbah and a Nippah
16 December 2010 | Great Guana Cay
Sunny, SE 5
Went with Matt and Shemm of Dive Guana out to the Fowl Cay reef south of Scotland Cay. The water was still a bit roiled from the storm so the visibility wasn't the greatest. They chummed the water with old bread and a troop of yellow snappers followed us around like puppy dogs. A giant black grouper (silver colored actually) showed up also. I wish I'd had a camera. He actually let Alex touch him and stroke him under his chin. When he yawned (?) you could have put your entire fist in his mouth. Waaaay cool.
After a rest from all that sun exposure we had to go ashore to try a Guana Grabber and a Nipper from Nippers. Use your imagination. There needed to be several hundred well juiced college breakers to complete the scene. I'll let Alex tell you about his sunglasses and the pool.
