And guess what? Everyone gets just a tiny sip of the internet elixir. Very frustrating after pulling in acceptable signal all along the way. There are a couple "pay" providers but their bandwidth is overwhelmed. Cruisers are resorting to schlepping their laptops ashore to sit next to a building that has free WIFI. Just like the good old days!
