Hide and go seek
07 February 2011 | Elizabeth Harbor, Georgetown
The usual
So I am now in my own little beautiful cove with hardly another boat in sight, sucking down WIFI from a blazing fast connection. (Of course, there was the requisite sneaking through skinny water at high tide.) The reason I am here is the topic of another post, but I will spend the day and perhaps longer, catching up. There are aspects of being closely anchored with 50 or 100 other cruisers that are interesting and fun. My friends on White Pepper have been very sweet and supportive. But boy am I glad I found this place. And it is protected from the South wind which is blowing straight down the harbor and making the fleet bob around a bit.
