Pinch me
25 March 2011 | Warderick Wells
Sunny, 75, SE 10
The string of wonderful spring weather continues: mild breezes, perfect temps, bright bright sun and brilliant colors of the water. This really is primetime in the Bahamas. Very few anchorages are as spectacular as Warderick Wells with the narrow curving blue stripe of deeper water bounded by the white sand. We placed our sign board on Boo Boo Hill and got some wonderful shots of Calypso. We have been flying a set of Nepali prayer flags in honor of Haydi and David's visit and Calypso looks quite colorful with all the flags flying. The night is inky black. I am beginning to see how the sky view progresses from the winter with Orion dominant to the summer with the constellations we all know.
