Two weeks from today Cetacea heads for the open ocean at 10:30 AM. Amazing how time has flown since I first signed up for the Pac Cup, and I can't believe how many things I've improved/fixed/upgraded to get to this point. In some ways she feels like a whole new boat, but in all the ways that count she's still the same good ship I first laid eyes on in 2007. But at long last, we've started buying provisions and loading up the galley. Last Saturday we gathered to vacuum seal 10 days worth of delicious frozen meals, and pictured here are some of the dry goods we've started to gather. While there are still two weeks worth of shopping and packing, we're getting so close I can feel it. Hawaii here we come!
