Nassau Harbour Club Marina

We enjoyed a very peaceful night and flat water, until the tour boats came our way. We left the anchorage at Athol Island around 9:30 and motored over to the Nassau Harbour Club Marina. We were given the first slip on the west side. We got tied up and went across the street to a large outdoor mall. Chris and I shopped at the grocery store. They had everything but the prices were steep. Mark and Robert went to the Marine store about three blocks away. They found us in the grocery store. We met them at Starbucks, with free wifi. Yeah! We all downloaded our latest emails and Mark posted some more pictures on the blog. We headed back to the boat with groceries and had lunch. Then Chris and I could not get a washer so we decided to take a bus downtown and do some shopping. We actually got a ride from an empty tour bus and then walked the rest of the way. We visited the straw market and enjoyed the shopping experience. Took a bus back. The guys did some work on the boat and checked restaurants in the area. Chris and I were able to get some washing machines and did some laundry. Waited for dryers and finished up late in the day. The guys went to Starbucks to do some skyping. They also picked up some pizza and DQ for dinner, since I didn't want to leave my clothes. Went back to Starbucks but they had closed at 9, so will have to wait until tomorrow. We are all planning to take a shower at the marina and then retire. Not sure if we are staying another day or heading south to the Exuma islands.
