Another kind of Mall Cop

We had a wonderful time with fellow cruisers here at the marina last night. Boats were decorated and snacks/drinks/carols were enjoyed. Met a lot of wonderful people and had a fabulous time. Our lights looked great and everyone loved the blue underwater lights that we turned on. They attracted a huge amount of small fish. It rained at night, which meant closing our hatches. It didn't last too long. Mark was up early setting up to do his sealant job on the salon windows, but we had a short downpour. A job for tomorrow. Had breakfast and I got ready to head to Colon on the marina bus with fellow cruisers. Got to stop at more shops today. Bought a few things on my list and am trying some of the grocery products for our provisioning next week prior to heading thru the canal on 12/29. The wifi works well here in the Cruiser's Lounge. Mark worked like a dog by himself while I was gone and was able to check a number of items off the to do list. Thankfully I bought some ice and cooler bag to protect my perishable foods, since I didn't take mine with me. We got delayed as the bus was late for our return trip which lasts around an hour. Both ways we took the old bridge over the old and new canals. Lots of cars being the weekend. Didn't get back until 1 pm. Had a late lunch. Caught up on things around the boat. Headed over the lounge for working wifi and then we are planning to make a stop at the pool to cool off. Love the breeze but the sun is very hot.
