Getting ready

Up early. After breakfast, Mark worked on the antenna & wind instrument issues which required emptying out the storage boxes from under the settee. Not sure if it made any difference. We are adding a windex to the starboard stay so that the helmsman can easily view the wind direction. Since we received our first mail drop since leaving Jacksonville, we had a lot of corrections and address changes to call in. Of course, our phone would not allow us to call a toll free number in the USA. Some will have to wait until we get to Hawaii. We walked back and forth to the cruisers' lounge. Then we decided to get the few more provisions that we need for our long sail to Hawaii. Our cab driver was the same as we had previously. He even waited for us to shop and drove us back to the marina. We are planning to join the cruisers for the free movie in the amphitheater. We will take a soft seat as the cement ones are hard on our bodies. The sky has been overcast most of the day. Not sure if rain is in the forecast but Mark seems to think so. After tomorrow we will not have access to emails until we get to Hawaii. Please send us messages using our satellite address.
