Had a nice long sleep. We gained an hour overnight as we traveled thru a date line. We watched some movie from our nice comfy bed. Then got dressed and headed up to the Lido Deck for breakfast. I had a veggie omelet for breakfast. Mark also had an omelet and danishes with his coffee. Headed back to the room. Our wonderful room steward, Sunny gifted us with a pair of Carnival Spirit robes. Nice! I attended a talk on Herbal Remedies hosted by my acupuncture lady, Marilia. Then I had a second acupuncture appointment this morning. My leg is feeling so much better. Marilia is a wonderful practitioner!! Met Mark back at the cabin and then we headed to the dining room for lunch. Mark used up one of our free drink tickets. We had a window seat and an elderly couple joined us. They were in their 90's and married for 74 years and enjoying their trip to New Zealand. We came back to our cabin and had a nap. Watched an action packed Van Diesel movie. We took a walk around some of the upper decks up front. I will post some pictures tonight. The ship is really beautiful. Lots of different rooms, pools, and other entertainment areas. It was nice to get a long walk in. We headed back to our cabin. Showered and got dressed up for dinner tonight. Enjoyed another wonderful dinner in the Empire Restaurant with Graham & Pamela and Ross & Beth. I had a mozzarella stick and egg roll. Then had a stir fry with pasta. Mine is gluten free. We both enjoyed the dessert which is one of Carnival's best crème brulee. So many wonderful stories from everyone. Headed back to our cabin. Mark had some emails to catch up on. I sent out a picture from today. If you are not getting our emails, please let us know. We appreciate your emails and messages. Keeping this short so we can head out to see some of the ship entertainment tonight. For the second night in a row we will gain one extra hour tonight as we change to Sydney time. Our ship has been moving at 20 knots for most of the day. The wind is around 15-20 knots from the west, which is behind us. Our ride has been relatively flat and comfortable.
