Woke up around 8 this morning. Had an issue with our toilet. Got dressed and headed to breakfast. Several decks were having the same issue. We headed to Deck 14, Lido for breakfast today. I tried some oatmeal and fruit, plus yogurt for my breakfast. Mark had an omelet, bacon and hash browns. I just needed a day away from eggs. By the time we headed back to our cabin, the toilet issue was fixed.
Decided to head to the gym. Mark attended the Staff Captain's lecture at 10. I walked the treadmill and got to see another episode of Einstein. I also worked out on a few machines. I was going to work on a puzzle in the library, but all the puzzles were being worked on. So, I headed back to our cabin and Mark was already there. We watched a movie, but not sure what it was called. By lunch time, we changed into our swim suits and headed back to Deck 14, Lido, for lunch. I picked out some veggies and rice while Mark had a hot dog and fries. Then we joined the other players at the pool for today's volleyball game. It was really breezy and it made a difference in the high shots. Spent a few minutes in the hot tub as our arms were hurting. The sun was very hot as was the water. Headed back to our cabin and showered. Got changed and rested a few minutes until it was time for today's Ryder Cup challenge. This one was in the atrium. We had to go down a set of stairs, miss several sand traps and hit the hole at one end. Mark did not do well and for a change, I beat his score. I went back to the library and spent a few minutes working on my puzzle. Mark did some research on Jordan. No wonder the tours were so expensive to Petra. There is a charge of $125US per person to go there. It would be nice to rent a car and check out this country, but not sure what we will do. While I was putting together more of my big puzzle, another lady came by. She was working on it earlier, so I let her have it back and headed back to our cabin to change for dinner. Mark and I both nixed the main course choices of several seafood dishes, lamb and mushroom dishes. I ordered the chicken, while Mark enjoyed an Aussie Burger. After dinner, we headed up to Deck 12 for the Movie Under the Stars, called, Isn't It Romantic. Not the greatest movie. Headed back to our cabin. It's still very breezy outside. Mark just watched the highlights of yesterday's Canadian F1 race. Not sure if we will take in the late show tonight. Thanks for your emails and messages. One more sea day for us.
