Slept in some. Mark said he was awake some thru the night. It was good to get a little more sleep. We decided to not go for a walk as it was already too hot to walk outside. After breakfast, we took our Jeep to the washing area and gave her a bath. We were sweating by the time we were done. I actually got to drive the Jeep to a couple of stores as we had plans to join some friends for a boat ride. Cooked lunch. Mark's stomach was not feeling well, so he got to enjoy an afternoon nap. We showered and got ready to head out. Met up with Nancy and Guerry and walked over to the marina. The engine was already running and once the line were released, we headed out on the powerboat, Doo Dah Day. We really enjoyed being back on the water. The St. Johns river channel has been changed some right around the Intra Coastal Waterway. Nancy and I climbed up to the fly bridge and found a very nice cooler breeze. We turned around at Mayport and passed a couple of freighters on their way out the river. Headed back just as the sunset was painting beautiful colors in the sky and equally reflected on the water. Thanks, Guerry & Nancy for an incredible cruise! We will be visiting our house tomorrow morning, along with our realtor, so that we can get some measurements of the carpet we are replacing.
