Doug
Monday and Friday nights at a bar/restaurant on the waterfront, there is open mic for those brave enough to get up on stage and sing or play their instruments. There are quite a few here in the boating scene who do just that. Steve of Guiding Light sings and plays guitar. His specialty is Dylan tunes. Bill of Tica and Bill of Grey Max play the drums and bass respectively. And a few others. We like to go and have some drinks and/or dinner and enjoy the house band music and then the amateurs. The amateurs are actually better to dance to. They tend to play or sing more rock & roll. I've added a few pictures of friends on a picture album. But the one with this note is of a happy looking couple we know at the Thanksgiving get-together.
