Friday we cycled in to town to do our immigration clearances, stopping by sign writers to enquire about obtaining acrylic for a new window. We had noticed that our centre window had become quite cloudy and didn't give us clear visibility when at the wheel and worse at night time. The place we stopped were so helpful, they were just the sales office, there was a factory was about a 20minute ride by motorbike. When we asked for directions to take a teksi (taxi) there it was all too difficult to explain and they didn't seem to know the actual address just how to get there. The delivering boy said to Chris that he'd take him on his motor scooter. They went to the boat, removed the window for a pattern to have the knew one cut, then to the factory to cut a new window which they then dropped off back at the boat and returned to the shop. I was waiting almost a couple of hours and thankfully had my ipad with me to keep me occupied! Great service and paid such a small amount a fraction of the price that we would have paid in Australia and certainly wouldn't be driven everywhere at no cost.

Continued on to the immigration office as fast as we could pedal hoping that we wouldn't miss them, all went smoothly there or so we thought until we arrived to clear in at Puteri Harbour!

Saturday Geoff from Arnak helped Chris put the new window in. I rode into the markets to stock up on fruit, veges and eggs. What a difference the new window made, it was so clear I didn't think they had it in yet when I returned. The rest of the day was spent doing remaining preparations such as life lines, washing, food supplies, topping up water tanks etc with an intended early departure Sunday morning.

We managed to catch the 2nd half of the First game of the Bledisloe cup which was screening live at the Ming Cafe. Quite a few yachties from the Marina were there watching it and from all accounts the first half would have been better viewing!
