We picked up Amy in Staniel Cay and enjoyed her company for several days before dropping her in Nassau. The weather was overall great and a nice tuna in Exuma sound made for great Sashimi. We discovered a new marina in Nassau called Palm Cay, half the price and way nicer than the other marinas. Do watch for big coral heads if you decide to check it out. Boat ran good with the exception of the raw water pump failure on the genset but that was jury rigged to work after some work. Sailing was minimal with mostly light winds which was a bit unusual. We had good wind from GT to Staniel then no wind all the way to Nassau. Best sailing was in front of a squall for 1 1/2 hour where we kept out sailing the squall then slowing down to 7 knots where it would then catch up sending us along at 10 knots and so on until the squall petered out. Our next trip is not decided as of yet but will continue to upgrade the boat in anticipation.
