We left the boat on the dock at the YC in Jacare and took a taxi up to Praia de Pipa which is about 100km north. It is a lovely little beach town with great beaches, fun bars and restaurants and many international tourists. We are staying in a small pousada just up from the beach with hammocks and a sea view from our balcony. There is also a lagoon around the corner with two sailboats in it. The pass looks pretty shallow, but we are going to dive it at low tide to see if there is enough water for us to get through at a high tide. If so we may come and spend a week or two practicing our kiteboarding. It is a perfect spot for it.
