Antigua Sailing Week

15 March 2007 | Still in Jacare
Julie
A few months ago over sundowners in Madagascar, we were talking with our friends Luke and Emma on Eagle Wing about possibly doing Antigua Sailing Week in the spring. We had since forgotten this and laughed when they recently sent us an email asking if were still up for it, as it was not on our planned itinerary home.

Well, we recently had a slight change in plans and have decided add a few months onto our trip and go north to St. Maarten to get our rig done. Just for kicks we looked at the dates for Antigua Sailing Week and it turns out that it fits perfectly into our schedule.

SO...we have signed up and are working on finalizing crew, plans, etc. The dates are April 29 - May 5 and we will start heading up that way in the next week or so. Check out the website - www.sailingweek.com. We are #65 on the roster.
