Hove to in the Lee of Aruba

The port captain asked us to wait for daybreak before proceeding in to the port at Oranjestad, the capital of Aruba. It was too rough to anchor so we hove to in order to wait it out. For the last 20 hours the wind has kicked up to 25 to 30 knots and the seas fairly rough. Fortunately the wind angle was pretty good and we were averaging over 9 knots.
