Jennifer - fall-ish
Apparently if you Google "Peace and Quail Feathers" you will get our blog. Too funny. My dear friend Jane who penned this phrase (see an older post) signed off using it to a cousin in California who did not understand it but he Googled it and got this blog. He knew nothing of Janes and my friendship so he told her to read the blog. Small world eh?

Can you guess my latest knitting project? I have many different UFO's (unfinished objects) on needles. And I must bust a move on finishing some of these projects. Christmas IS coming.

With the arrival of the cool weather and Al's iPad, I felt it prudent to make him an iPad cozy. This should be a quick knit. (famous last words, sometimes I have the attention span of a squirrel on crack) And once it is knit a quick wash in hot water should yield a sweet protective felted cozy for Als' new device.

I was given an article from a friend about an app for stroke survivors with aphasia to be used on the iPad. Its called MyVoice. Along with Al's communication therapist we will research this tool to see if it might be useful for Al.

Tomorrow I will spend most of the day with Al catching up on his progress in therapies and he is to be visited by a urologist tomorrow afternoon. I hope we can start to get a grip on the business in that area.

Peace Out.
