Jennifer
Playing advocate is sometimes like being in a boxing ring. Both Al and I have been frustrated in the time being taken to get his iPad on wi fi. SMOL, which must be the only hospital in Ontario that doesn't have wi fi, has been giving me all kinds of reasons for this delay. I spoke with the program manager of rehab yesterday and she said she was on it. Then as I was waiting for my ride yesterday i recognized the IT manager and with both gloves secured tightly I went for his jugular. He was caught off guard and very defensive and started throwing around words about budgets and LINs and blah blah blah. I stood my ground and I asked him to identify who higher than him I needed to go to. He gave me two names. So today, armed with the names and the gloves I'll get back in the ring.
