Boston

03 August 2011
Les
We have arrived in Boston after staying a few days on anchor in Camden and Gloucester, pretty little Harbours on the Maine Coast.
We had two days off when we arrived in Boston and decided to buy the Hop on Hop off bus tour which was a fantastic way to see town it was 34 bucks plus a free River Tour and free tours of Havard and Cambridge University !
We are staying near USS Constitution in Charlestown which is a lovely little marina and town isn't too far away and obviously went to see Old Iron Sides which has beaten the British twice in battle, We are leaving Harbour tomorrow to anchor off a little island not to far out of Boston to save some money on the expensive marina fees then coming back into Harbour on Sunday to pick up the guests again which are going to New York for 4 days .
