Orcas!

A small pod of Orcas was headed north as we headed south to Blake Island Marine Park. It was great to see these special creatures, part of the southern gaily of Killer Whales that feed on salmon and live in Puget Sound. They are having a hard time of it as salmon stocks are deleted from their traditional levels. Each has a name and they are well known in this area.
