02 October 2013 | Huntington Harbor

As we entered Huntington harbor, you are suddenly surprised by it's size. The bay is long and deep. Add an hour to your trip in. The wonder for us, was a visit to a place we knew well...but, only from the land. My parents had a home they rented just above the harbor. We docked just below that home. On the trip in, I called my sister Helen, but talked with Sealy as she was pinch hitting at school. The Harbor is full of sailboats and docks. That night, we ate at Besito's Mexican. HARD TO GET IN on a beautiful fall night.
