Nearing the Gulf Stream

Comocean sailed through the night. Clear skies, five foot rollers behind us and everyone with a full belly from the tenderloin. Joel spotted a whale blowing that everyone saw. That is everyone except the sleeping Captain and writer. Oh Well!
We will work hard today on weather to make decision on a possible stop in Beaufort to let weather pass, or keep sailing. The likely determinant will be whether the north front has squalls and lightning. Out here, we are alone. One ship passed in the night. Less than 100 miles now from the Gulf Stream.
