Sacha was five when he and his parents Amelle and Thierry changed the course of they life. With a small economic boat, a simple life and unscheduled time Sacha has been growing up on board the AMBRA GRISEA (amber grey). From the eleven meter sloop the good life passes day after day. They have sailed from the Sables d'Olonne(France) to Brazil, the Grenadines, Columbia, and through the Panama canal that open the door to they adventures on the Pacific. Life is organized around Sacha home schooling, Amelle's delicious meals and the many ports they stop to visit and replenish supplies. Behind the curtain of the portholes an incredible succession of places like Coco Island, The Galapagos, The Marquesas, The Tuamotu Islands, and Hawai. Finally they arrive in Alaska so arrested by the beauty of the ice and snow they stayed and explored for threeyears. They are now in Mexico after cruising west coast of America. Over the past ten years of they voyage they have collected many memories, souvenir's and photosthat they have shared inthis book of recipies by the "cook". All the delicvious dishes can be made on board with what you have in the gallley and are shure to please the crew at sea or at home. Enjoy!
