Cruising aboard the Nauti-Dog

After 33 years on sailboats it is time to stop tending sails. We now have a brand new Ranger Tugs R31CB-LE. This boat is trailerable, although we will need wide load permits. It will now be a one day trip to DeTour, Michigan rather than 6+ days.

The boat trailer and dinghy

This is our boat trailer that we will use to pull our Ranger Tug back to Michigan from Washington. The small boat sitting on it is, what we thought was going to be, our dinghy. As it turns out it was not stable enough for us so we sold it and bought an inflatable. We did some sightseeing on the way out to Washington. The scene in the background is in Yellowstone National Park.
