Sunday 8/12 – It had been raining all night and the day started cloudy, cold, with rain showers. I left at 0950 and sailed then motored to Lewis Cove in Linekin Bay.
Monday 8/13 – I motored around the corner back to Boothbay Harbor. I was lucky to get a mooring, because the NY Yacht Club was in town.
Tuesday 8/14 – Foggy all day and very humid
Wednesday 8/15 – Very foggy. The NYYC left in procession. It was fun listening to the organizing committee on the VHF to get all these boats (some quite big) in line in this dense fog. Later I prepared Curlew to move to a slip at B-dock where I could leave her for a few days until my return from Philadelphia.
