Is everything going to break on this thing?! - AC Troubles...

Small oil leak, probable gas line problems, definite engine problems, and now the air conditioner is out. My supply of optimism and cheerfulness isn't endless...Well, okay, I'm mostly just peeved about the AC being out. The other problems don't make sleeping in my bed a sweaty, awful nightmare.
Shawn dove in the murky, awful waters of the marina and can't find the problem. Marina friends don't seem to know what it is because most vessels don't have a central AC system like the 105MC. The internet isn't very helpful and we don't know where the user manual for the AC unit is (or if we even still have it).
We're going to read through what we can and call a professional.
Seriously, how is a 10-year-old boat having this many problems? I guess because it just sat around for a while? Ugh. We got a newer boat to avoid having major repairs at the beginning, but it seems like that didn't help...
I hope that this is some silly little problem where we find the owner's manual, go to the troubleshooting section, and find out a little filter got clogged that we didn't know to check. Please, please, please...!
UPDATE: Hooray, it's not our fault! The AC is fine and we even diagnosed a potential problem with it and fixed that. No, the dock box is fried and it fried our electric line. The boat is fine! Problem: The dock master isn't taking any calls for a while and the electrician will only fix it once he has the DM's permission. The joys of living in a marina where the DM doesn't give a flying fart...
