Fixed the AC, but now need to fix the water tank..

27 October 2016
So our itty-bitty water pump for the AC gave out on us. The AC clearly wasn't used much by its previous owners because it should have died a long time ago! We replaced it with this kickbutt monster:
Jabsco 436979 NEMP 50/7 Magnetic Drive / Coupled Centrifugal Pump, 13.2 GPM, 1/2" NPT https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015EWRXJO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_dFNeyb9ADJNGE

Magnetic Drive! Centrifugal Pump! 600GPH! It runs so much nicer now!!

Because of the AC being off though, we found out why there was water in the port nacelle - the fresh water tank has a leak. Currently we don't have any water onboard while Shawn diagnoses the problem. (this has been more annoying than you'd think)

But it will certainly be fixed, or at least shoved under the table in two weeks because we have our first AirBnB guests! That happened way faster than I thought. They're coming to town for an SSCA gam and thought it'd be fitting to stay on the boat. How exciting! We were expecting landlubbers.
