Getting the boat ready for the Islands

14 June 2010 | Dock Side, Olympia
Mark
This weekend I started to get the finishing touches done on the boat. I keep her pretty much tip top during the winter, but I always find that I bring more down to the boat than I take off. So I now have pretty much everything off the boat that I brought down. I've done a couple of big cleanings. Now it's just normal housekeeping and waxing. I finished the starboard side yesterday. I'll finish the port side later this week. I really need to get a coat of bottom paint on her. The long and the sort of it is that Cygnet can be completely outfitted and ready to go in an afternoon.
