We left Chub Cay early to head to Nassau, we were a little concerned that space would be limited at the marinas and we didn't have a reservation. We've been having trouble with emails since arriving in the Bahamas and wanted to arrive early and sort out our issues. Fortunately, we managed to contact the marina via VHF radio and secure a spot prior to our arrival. We spent the rest of the afternoon doing the usual chores, laundry and provisioning prior to heading to the Exumas.

It never ceases to amaze us how small the world can be. Once we had docked I headed to the office to check in and secure an Internet password so we could get our email updates. As I was walking back to the boat I found a 5 day old email from Barry Gleason telling us to watch out for family friends of theirs. It Turns out they were the boat tied up right beside us so we had a pleasant visit with Bianca and Dominic from Montreal.
