Marsh Harbour and Old Friends
31 March 2017

We spent two great days in Hope Town exploring this beautiful quaint village and making new acquaintances. Greg and Glenda from Ti Amo where in town as well and joined us for dinner at a beautiful little restaurant overlooking the harbour. We had crossed the Gulf Stream together as well as had a lovely New Years dinner with them in Staniel Cay; we wanted to visit with them again prior to heading north. One of the hosts of the Abaco Cruisers Net is from Montreal and has a Sabre 402 as well so we had a chance to get together and compare notes.
However, after two busy days it was time to head over to Marsh Harbour and start preparing Dagny for the trek north. Dominic and Bianca from Anglezerke arrived in the anchorage shortly after us and we spent the evening catching up with them. Friday morning we will be moving into a marina for a couple of days so we can clean and provision the boat before Bob and Liz arrive.
Today's picture is the "Abaco Rage" heading out for a day of racing.
