Annapolis Again
02 May 2017

It' s hard to believe that it has been seven months since we were last here, where does the time go? Anyways, after our stop in Reedville we spent Saturday and Sunday sailing to Annapolis, again due to light winds we had to spend part of the time motoring sailing. We overnighted in Solomons Island and had a nice surprise visit from our friends on Heartstrings, who may catch up to us in Annapolis. We reunited with 2 Outrageous and are anchored right downtown in Spa Creek. What a great spot; we're amongst beautiful waterfront homes, there's a dinghy dock at the end of every street and the historic town centre is a 5 minute walk away.
Annapolis truly is a sailing centre and all supplies and services can be found here, providing your credit card can handle it. Our main reason for stopping is to research and order a new refrigeration system for the boat as well as meet with a rigger to discuss our future needs. Also, this will give us a chance to purchase those hard to find items before moving on. In the meantime there is so much to see and do here, on the agenda for today is a visit to the Naval Academy.
