Since we decided to wait for a new water pump in Charleston it gave us a chance to spend more time with Jimmy and Debbie. We left the downtown anchorage and moved a few miles to another spot closer to their boat. Armed with our Costco card and their rental car we headed off to start provisioning for the Bahamas. Although we both have a ways to go before jumping over it gave us a head start on stocking the boats. Luckily they had a big vehicle, once our shopping was done we could barely fit everything into the SUV.

We enjoyed a great dinner aboard Driftaway last night and had a chance to hear about their trip around the Great Loop. Today is another rainy, cool day, hopefully this weather will break soon. Our parts are ordered and should be in by tomorrow and we should be on our way by Wednesday morning at the latest. In the mean time we can catch up on our reading and trade more stories with Jimmy and Debbie over dinner tonight.

Today's picture was taken Saturday, it a full size model of the
"Hunley" a Civil War submarine.
