Bay / warm and sunny
Living in a motel is not what it is cracked up to be. At first it was great! Hot showers and bathroom only 5 steps away instead of a brisk 5min walk. However, eating out for every meal is getting old. Hopefully we will be back in the water soon.
In the meantime we are getting a lot done.

3) fixed manual bilge pump.
