Ken just wanted to help

When Ken says OOPS! after dumping a bucketful of old laundry water over the side, I know it's code for 'another piece of clothing is gone'. I am glad that I atocked up on undies the last time I was in the states because there was no way to retrieve them in the 2 knots of current that was running through the cut that we were anchored in. Oh well, Worse has happened and will happen again.

Today we were invited to join the crew of three other cruising sailboats to go picking oranges and lemons on a nearby island. They were a bit hard to get to but we ended up picking enough for each boat to take about 15 of them home.

The forecast is for very little wind. We would like to leave on Friday but the forecast will govern that. We carry enough fuel to motor for about 500 miles but the Galapagos are about twice that far from here so we need to watch for better weather window.

Survivor Panama was filmed on a nearby beach. The beach where the orange trees are. Since the Survivors are always starving, are they not allowed to eat the local vegetation????

We moved the boat around the corner of the island today because the current was so strong there. Ken needs to clean the bottom of the boat and it was hard for him to hold on while scrubbing the bottom.
