The Polar Vortex that descended on the USA arrived in the Keys too but we couldn't escape it and go any further south than we already were!

We made the best of the cooler weather to spend the day in Key West, just 68 miles from Cuba. There were lots of boats anchored off the marinas there and lots of tempting boat trips to outlying islands but it was just too cold to contemplate so we walked the town, Chris bought a sweatshirt to keep warm and then it started raining!
