Lynn Clear and calm winds
Tile is by the crew, Mike and Val
We are now docked at the Morro Bay Yacht Club!!!!
We cleared the breakwater at 8:30 am yesterday morning to shouts and yells from our friends and my wife,Jane. We really lucked out weather wise as we woke to calm seas light winds, a perfect morning for entering Morro Bay. Todays forecast is back to 20 to 30 knots of wind and boy!, are we glad to be in a calm harbor!! Walking on land after 25 days is a hoot as we all look like drunken sailors with our sea legs. And we were not, yet. Today is clean up day, as we slowly build up some steam. Jim bailed out in th wee hours to head back to Arizona so it is just Mike and Val on board. Later on today or tomorrow, I'll post photos in thw gallery of the trip.
Land sure feels weird but good!
