Opposite of Extraction ... Insertion ... Perfect Anyway ;-)

9th May, Yesterday we had our 3rd team of skiers, 4 Brits, an Aussie hailing from Switzerland and our Ski leader Simon Christy, a Brit living in France. The weather is still very hot for Greenland, shorts are in order in town! The Sirius Logistics guys took us in by motor vessel Mira again to the ice edge in the 2nd fjord whilst the landing craft Pluto chugged her way in taking an hour more. This gave us the opportunity to fish for our dinner again and within 20 minutes we had 6 fine cod for the table. An arctic fox was running around on the fjord ice so we left it a fish & the guts. We had a wet ride up the fjord over the ice, now with quite a lot of standing water, so the luggage got a soaking. Everyone made a super effort to carry all the gear up to the hut and by midday we were all settled in.
