Wow, what a day. We spent the whole day getting our butts kicked with 20 knot winds and 8 to 10 foot seas right on the nose. The weather forcast was for nice sailing winds but they didn't show. We had water comming over the deck all day and everything is covered in dry salt. Now i know how salted fish feel. We did catch some fish, two dorado and one 34' sport fisherman that got away. We had him on the line for about 10 seconds after he cut behind us but the line broke. We didn't realize the Ocean is such a crowed place. The fish were really fun and worth all the pounding we did today. We employed a new strategy regarding landing the fish after the blood baths last time. We didn't gaff them, we just slipped them into a plastic Ikea bag and cleaned them later. That worked of the first one, the second one was a little more active a attackd Nelda downstairs at the sink. It was flipping all over the place and Nelda was squealing like a little girl. They some how it managed to turn on the water in the sink and at the same time shoot that water all over the cabin. It was hi-lar-ious!!! Water everywhere! That' it for us tonight. We are beat. We are here for a few days so ther will be more on "The Bay of the Dead" or "Esconditos de los Muertos".
