Larry
Greetings Nelda and I are enjoying our time in Paridise Village. We have taken a couple of days off from boat chores to enjoy the suroundings and get into town. More on the town tomorrow, Today is about the resort. This is a great place for people to come that want to have an American experience in tropical Mexico. The weather is warm and the people are friendly but it is certainly not real Mexico. Todays photo is of a tiger. The resort has four of them, a male a female and two kittens. Not something you see in real Mexico. There are other little things that we have been accustomed to in the lat three months that are different here that remind us of home. The simplest is here eggs are refigerated. The eggs in real Mexico are never refrigerated. They are ussually available in stores In one dozen containers complete with experation dates but in the out lying areas you simpley pick the ones you want from a bowl. You may only get 8 or 10 as that is how many the chikens laid that day. Inter estingly the non refigerated eggs last longer than the refigerated ones and taste better.
