Greetings We are on the hook tonight. Here is a little taste of what surprises we find just about every day. The photo is Nelda with her new friend. We found this on our walk from the marina to the hotel. There are all sorts of wonderful things here. One day on the main street that runs along the beach we saw five colorfully dresssed men climbing a large pole that was about as high as a large power pole. Once at the top, four of the men put ropes around their waists and proceeded to fall back off the platform at the top of the pole. It seems they had coiled rope around the pole and it made them spin as they came down. The fifth man sat on the top of the spinning platform and played a flute. It took these guys about four minites to come all the way down. Did I mention they are hanging upside down with their arms out the whole way. After the proformance they chatted with the spectators and people dropped money in a box for their efforts. There are so many creative ways people make a livi ng in Mexico.
