Salut! Guest Blogger, Sarah, here ... been here in the South Pacific for 1 week now. Spent ALL of our time around sailing vessels and in anchorages or marinas. One of my favorite parts about the "Sailing Life" are all of the names of the boats. The name of mom and dad's boat is "Diamond Girl" (Thank You, Seals & Croft). But the "tapestry" of boat names can become EXCEPTIONALLY interesting. The name of the boat in today's featured photo is "AquaDisco" ... yep ... it was a boat moored right next to us. Other names we have seen are "Wigwam", "Barfly" and "Iron Butterfly" ... I've been theoretically naming my "future" boat for about a week now and the names in the lead for my "future boat" are 1) "Swabbie's Deck", 2) Flux Capacitor, and 3) The Flying Wasp.
