Hello From Cabo San Lucas The crew fo the good ship Diamond Girl arrived in Cabo yesterday about 12pm. We had another frustrating day fishing as we had a number of good strikes but no fish on the boat. The weather is really warm here compaired to San Diego. The biggest difference for us is going from issolated areas of Mexico where people live an existanse lifestyle, living off the land, to Cabo where the economy is best discribed as every thing in excess. Sport fishing is the number one draw in Cabo. This moring there were hundreds of sport boats heading out of the marina in search of tuna. The boat are full of mostly rich Americans men that come to fish, party, buy a Rolex or something else nice for the wife and go home. It is the exact opposite of the cruising lifestyle on a sail boat. Frankly arriving here is quite a shock but we sill survive. Larry
